Wife, Mother and Self taught Artist !
My Background
Welcome to my art journey! From my early days in the 'rag-trade' of London to my current role as an NHS administrator, art has always been my passion and refuge, being a constant throughout my life, and helping me navigate life's challenges. I'm proud to have used my artwork to support causes close to my heart, and contributing to other meaningful charities.
After sadly losing my Dad (at my age now) to cancer, my greatest accomplishment was to help raise vital funds for Kidney Cancer UK, where, I painted the flower fairies in Ipswich Hospital Neo-Natal Ward and Winnie the Pooh in EACH, (East Anglian Children's Hospice), and along with my husband and sister, we also did a sponsored abseil from the top of Ipswich Hospital, with this whole project raising well over £10,300!
As an artist, I thrive on exploring new challenges and opportunities with every project. From painting canvases and wall murals to professional face and body painting, I find joy in transforming blank spaces into vibrant works of art.
Having experience working in Mental Health, within the NHS, I see even more, the importance of engaging individuals, communities, and organisations through the transformative power of painting. I believe that art is a vital tool for promoting creativity and self-expression, especially in today's fast-paced world. I feel a relaxing creative hobby like painting can lead to greater inner peace and improved mental well-being.

Me!
